Nutritional labeling for side dishes, bento, and general food products has been made mandatory since April 2020. We propose the near-infrared component measurement device "Food Scan 2," which enables rapid and highly accurate nutritional component analysis as an efficient analytical method. This device comes standard with calibration curves for various foods and can simultaneously measure moisture, protein, fat, salt, carbohydrates, and other items per 100g sample in as little as 25 seconds. It also supports calorie labeling.
